Clients should provide accurate information, usable references, required permissions and timely feedback. Delays in feedback or missing material may affect delivery timelines.
Portfolio and confidentiality
Confidential records, personal identifiers, raw transcripts, private files and sensitive project material should not be published. Any public sample should be redacted and publication-safe.
No guaranteed outcomes
Marketing, academic, business or technical support cannot guarantee sales, rankings, grades, approvals or specific third-party outcomes. Claims must remain tied to documented work and visible evidence.
